One of the really neat things I’ve found about doing the podcast is that I get to learn about not only food, but the stories behind the food.
Amy Kritzer of What Jew Wanna Eat:
Amy’s excitement and enthusiasm for Jewish cuisine is infectious, and her recipes and blog posts are always super funny and creative. It was tons of fun chatting with her.
Because I’m not at all familiar with Jewish cuisine, it was awesome for her to explain some of the culture behind the food and give resources and tips for learning more and giving it a try. (You can catch her episode highlights HERE.)
